CANCELLATION POLICY
I value your time and mine, and I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service—or missed appointments without notice—will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy, which helps keep my schedule flowing and allows me to serve all clients with care.
